Principal contractor on this 1500 sq ft barn conversion in Essex. Created a fresh, modern office/studio space within what was a dilapidated barn just outside Romford. A complicated project given the barn’s attachment to a Grade 11 listed building. On completion the office space let within days of hitting the rental market.
