Tom Swainland BSC (Hons) FCIOB
SDevs Managing Director Tom Swainland is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and an associate of the RICS and has over twenty years experience in construction, contracting and developing, ten of which saw him at the head of a regional construction company.
Following a stint working for a major property consultant in the South West he returned to London in 2002 where he built up the contracting and development company Swainlands Construction into a multi million pound regional business with a large workforce. Operating across Essex, central London and the Home Counties and working with an extensive team of expert consultants, subcontractors and tradesmen he was instrumental in delivering projects including refurbishment works at the Tower of London, Kings Apartments Chelsea and The Kia Oval.
SDevs was born when he took over and rebranded the development arm of the company in 2019 to focus on schemes including the 66 residential unit and 4 commercial unit scheme with listed building refurbishment at North Street, Romford
Brad Hepburn
SDevs Commercial Director Brad Hepburn has been working in the construction industry for over twenty years running domestic projects in Surrey, later trained as a carpenter making bespoke joinery from staircases to fitted furniture. He has a particular interest in detailed finishes, along with a collection of Japanese woodworking tools. With the eye for detail Brad has been the go-to on projects for the high end and designer installations and finishes.
Jordan Brown
SDevs Construction Director Jordan Brown has been working in the construction industry for over a decade starting as a tradesman and working his way up through the ranks for major developers. Job satisfaction for Jordan is reached by meeting and working with a vast variety of interesting clients and industry professionals and delivering a finished project transformed from often nothing to something truly special.
NICKY WATTS PA
Nicky has been working alongside Tom Swainland for the past five years and comes from a background of property management and running her own business ventures. She is very experienced in accounting and secretarial services. Nicky is responsible for assisting with the tender process, and carrying out general administrative tasks and accounts, and assisting day to day queries for all FDMB clients.
